What to Include

Your notice must contain the following to be actionable:

4. Statement of good faith — that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
5. Statement of accuracy — under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your signature — physical or electronic

We will respond to valid notices as quickly as possible. Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice may result in legal liability.
